Our operating technicians have all the equipment and training they need to ensure their safety.<\/p>\n<p>Each of our service providers signs a Risk Prevention Plan, and we check with them to ensure that they comply with safety requirements.<\/p>\n<p>All our mobile employees take a driving course when they join the company to limit the risk of accidents.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                                    <div class=\"single-row\" id=\"\">\n                        <div class=\"heading-holder\">Working together with local stakeholders<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"description\"><p>Our renewable energy production facilities are located in rural areas. As such, they directly involve local stakeholders. We carry out our projects in consultation with the elected representatives and residents of the areas in which we operate, in order to arrive at the best possible project.<\/p>\n<p>We regularly organise information days on renewable energies, and maintain links with local elected representatives throughout the life of the wind farm via our operating technicians based in the regions and our project managers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                                    <div class=\"single-row\" id=\"\">\n                        <div class=\"heading-holder\">Growing the talent in our team<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"description\"><p>In order to succeed in its mission, Kallista Energy relies on the expertise and involvement of its employees. We are therefore constantly seeking to create the conditions required to maintain the motivation and professional fulfilment of our teams:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opening of the company\u2019s share capital to all employees via a long-term savings plan (2020);<\/li>\n<li>Annual team-based seminars;<\/li>\n<li>Satisfaction survey carried out by an external consultancy, Octomine;<\/li>\n<li>Internal promotions;<\/li>\n<li>Covering the cost of participation in sporting events (wind soccer, renewable energies regatta, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kallista Energy has also decided to focus on its employees\u2019 potential rather than just their experience. The trees on these plots, destroyed by storm Eleanor in 2018, had to be felled following attacks by bark beetles.
