As required by law, Kallista Energy publishes its Gender Equality Index.<\/p>\n

In 2022, Kallista Energy achieved a score of 92\/100 on the Gender Equality Index.<\/p>\n

Kallista Energy’s scores on the various indicators that make up this index are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pay gap indicator: 37\/40
\nIndicator relating to the gap in the rate of individual increases: 35\/35
\nIndicator relating to the % of employees who received a raise in the year
\nyear following their return from maternity leave: 15\/15
\nIndicator relating to the number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10
\nhighest paid employees: 5\/10<\/p>\n

These results reflect the actions that Kallista Energy is taking to implement its Commitment #13 ‘Ensure diversity and parity
\nwithin our company’, as part of its social responsibility.<\/p>\n
