Het is het eerste project van Kallista Energy in Nederland. Windpark Oostflakkee is gelegen op ongeveer 30 km ten zuidwesten van Rotterdam. Het is ontwikkeld door een groep lokale agrari\u00ebrs en de Nederlandse projectontwikkelaar Renewable Factory.<\/p>\n<p>Het 32 \u200b\u200bMW windpark zal bestaan \u200b\u200buit 8 windturbines (E126-EP3). Deze zullen worden geleverd door Enercon, \u00e9\u00e9n van &#8217;s werelds toonaangevende windturbinefabrikanten. Windpark Oostflakkee levert voldoende duurzame energie voor meer dan 35.000 huishoudens. Dit draagt bij \u200b\u200baan de duurzame ambities van Goeree-Overflakkee. Bovendien resulteert het windpark in een besparing van 1,2 miljoen ton CO2 gedurende de levensduur van het windpark.<\/p>\n<p>De bouw van het windpark wordt door Enercon gedaan met ondersteuning van Green Trust. In mei van dit jaar is men begonnen met graafwerk om onder andere de toegangswegen naar de turbinelocaties aan te leggen. Momenteel worden de palen geheid voor het langs een dijk gelegen windpark.<\/p>\n<p>Veiligheid is het sleutelwoord op de bouwplaats en daarom is er een Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) award in het leven geroepen. Doel hiervan is om alle bouwers op de bouwplaats te betrekken bij het veiligheidsaspect en een positieve impuls te geven. Vanaf start bouw tot en met realisatie zal maandelijkse de HSE award worden uitgereikt, zodat veiligheid de hoogste prioriteit blijft.<\/p>\n<p>De verwachting is dat Windpark Oostflakkee in april 2021 zal gaan draaien.
