100% of our vehicle fleet electrified by 2023 – Target reached!

10 / 05 / 2023 - News

Kallista Energy had set the target of electrifying 100% of its fleet of vehicles by 2023 (a target initially planned for 2024 but brought forward by one year).

It is now a done deal!

The last thermal car left our fleet at the end of March and was replaced by an electric model.

The electrification of our vehicle fleet is part of our group’s commitment to reduce its carbon footprint, as travel represents our largest source of emissions from our office activities. Thus, thanks to several combined actions, Kallista Energy has been able to reduce its carbon footprint by more than 40% per employee between 2017 and 2022 (scopes 1 and 2), in a context of strong growth.

“I was excited to switch to electric to limit my CO2 emissions and to live our business project on a daily basis. Riding electric is more comfortable and safe because the trailer is better held with a heavier car”.

Well done to all our team members who show every day that electric mobility is compatible with long journeys and is also suitable for towing heavy loads, as our operators regularly do.
